Management of personal information
Paying much attention to the protection of private information of customers, our company should spare efforts to protect to their information on the company website when they also enjoy our service. Our company should observe the related laws on strengthening the protection of personal privacy including Communication Privacy Act, Electric communication business act and Information communication Internet Act when promoting our products.
Our company also observe the related laws and personal privacy protection rules raised by the information communication service providers and personal information protection policies issued by the department of information communication. According to the rules on management of personal information issued by our company, Our company has the right to notify our customers that which the way we apply their personal information to and what measures taken to protect their personal information.
Subject to the related rules the first paragraph of article 22, the subparagraph (2) of article 24 and the first paragraph of article 25 in the modified Information Communication Internet Law, our company will notify customers that we how to use the information provided by them and what measures taken to protect their information.

1. The purpose of collecting personal information
Personal Information shall mean the related personal information on the living including name, ID number and information used to recognize the person. (including the information being not able to identify the personal feature but combining the other related information to identify the person)
Most BUDDATE service items can be enjoyed by customers at any time when users cannot enter the company website. However, members of company also can enjoy the customized service provided by company.
We solicit the information of members in order to provide more knight service.
Our company promise that we should disclose the personal information of customers without their approval. Information is used as following items.
Firstly, our company exploit more useful service items based on personal information provided by customers. When our company exploit the new service or enlarge the context, customers need to provide personal information.
Secondly, personal information items collected and its purpose are shown in the following.
- Name, ID, password, ID number:using them with their approval.
- E-email address and telephone number : delivery related notices, suggestion, new service, new product and activity information.
- Bank account information and credit card information :settling the service fee and additional service fee.
- Address and telephone number :informing fee lists and ensuring the correct receipt address when delivering goods.
- Other optional items:providing the related information on personal customized service
- IP Address:preventing the bad members from illegal use
2. personal information items collected and collection methods
In order to ensure the member service enjoyed by them and our company to provide better service, customers need to provide necessary information recorded in the company website when they become members of our company. Customers need to provide necessary in formation including name, ID number, E-mail address when becoming members of our company. Furthermore, customers can fill their telephone number in the optional column so as to enjoy the knight service.
To conduct statistical analysis or give free gifts, our company would fill the personal information selectively when conducting the questionnaire on purchased goods and other activities. However taking the basic human rights into consideration, our company does not ask the personally sensitive information (race, nation, religion, birthplace, original family home, political appearance, criminal record, health condition, sex life and so on ). With the exception of necessary circumstance, our company does not collect these information without prior approval. Furthermore, information collected in whatever condition should not be used as others aspects and disclosed except informing customers of related transaction.
3. the protection of personal information and expiration date
Our company protect the personal information when customers enjoy our service. However, Members have the right to delete or modify the information and apply to waiver of members identify in accordance with descriptive order and procedures under the management of personal information. Our company would delete these information saved in disk permanently. Therefore, the modified information can not be read and used afterwards.
Personal information items collected and collection methods is regarded as temperate purpose (questionnaire survey and other activities etc)once the object is achieved, the information would be destroyed and can not be repaired.
When the collection objects and service objects are met, our company would destroy them in principle. However, in order to prevent the bad members from illegal use, Our company save the ID number of members for a year since the contract was dissolved. Furthermore, as the Business law, electronic commerce and related regulations shown our company has the right to keep the information of members if necessary in accordance with the protection term ruled by company. In such condition, keeping the information is just the only purpose. protection term is shown in the following.
-Related information on contract and application :five years.
-Recorded supply information on settlement and products:five years.
-Related record on the suggestion of customers and dispute solution:three years.
Our company guarantees that we spare no efforts to protect your personal information in safety. In order to prevent the information from disclosure, our company takes the following measures to destroy the information.
-personal information recorded in paper would be destroyed in shattered machine or by means of fire.
-personal information kept in electronic document would be selected permanently and can not repaired by means of any technology.
